The doctrine of “clean hands” has been defined as “an important principle of international law to be taken into consideration when there is evidence that a requesting State has not acted in good faith and is judged to have unclean hands”. It was born from the general principle of good faith. The application of the “clean hands” doctrine in international law remains controversial. With regard to State responsibility, ILC Special Rapporteur James Crawford stated that “if it exists”, the doctrine would serve as a ground for inadmissibility. 3. USER CODES. As part of your registration process, you may be asked to choose a username (“name”) and/or password (the name and password are hereinafter referred to as “User IDs”). User IDs are for your personal use only. They are responsible for respecting the confidentiality of the user`s codes and agree not to reuse them to third parties. You are responsible for all statements and acts or omissions that occur during the use of your user IDs, unless they are due to the negligence of Clean Hands – Safe Hands.

You are responsible for any breach of security caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your user IDs. You agree to notify clean hands – Safe Hands immediately by email to support@cleanhands-safehands.com if you lose your user IDs or steal your user IDs, or if you believe that the privacy of your user IDs has been compromised in any way, or if you become aware of any possible or actual use of the Services with your User IDs. Clean Hands – Safe Hands reserves the right to revoke your user IDs at any time, without notice, if there is a reasonable belief that you have caused a breach of security. 15. THE AGREEMENT AS A WHOLE; SEPARABILITY. The Terms of Use and the policies and rules referred to constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement and understanding between you and Clean Hands – Safe Hands regarding your rights to access and use the services and information on the Site, and supersede all prior and simultaneous agreements and assurances regarding this matter. To the extent that there is a direct inconsistency between these Terms of Service and any other agreement regarding the subject matter of this Agreement between you and Clean Hands – Safe Hands, the terms of that Agreement take precedence….
